Eunice steers our robust projects implementation and management team (PMO) whose focus is Project excellence in the execution of various project initiatives across Africa and Globally. She is keen on client objectives and result-oriented with valuable experience in the delivery of integrated financial software solutions for 10+ years. As a team lead, she ensures the establishment of clear targets and engagements with key project stakeholders for the delivery of overall Organizational goals. She holds a BSC. In Information Technology and a Distinction from KCA University.  She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Kenya Chapter, PMI- Global Member, and a certified Project Management Professional – (PMP) with a keen interest in Transformational Leadership. She is currently pursuing her Masters studies.
