For the safety of our staff, our clients, our families, and all stakeholders, the Company initiated phased adoption of the Home Working Program. This was after we successfully piloted the program with one department for one week (between 16th – 20th March 2020).
By end of April 2020, we had achieved 100% Home Working. While working from home, we ensure that we exceed our clients’ expectations in terms of Customer Experience and also have achieved Project Excellence.
Our Digital Channels are geared at delivering banking services anywhere/anytime self-service Mobile and Internet Banking solutions to the end user especially during these times.
